3．What are your services
features?

4．Where are your
housemaids from?
Our housemaids come from
all over China, surly they have worked more than 3 years in shanghai
to be excellent enough.
5．Are your housemaids safe enough?
Absolutely! We have
always putting the safety management on the FIRST position on the
whole management system, which is the reason
why more and more customers choose our services.
6．What kinds of information need I offer to
buy your services?
We only need your some
basic information: your contacting way, your address, your family
members situation, your language request( don't
understand Chinese or speak some), the size of house, the
services you need( housemaids for fixed hours,
from morning to evening, staying with you)
7．Would you keep my
private information confidentially?
Your information is
absolutely safe with us, we will never let it out to anyone without
your permission,
saying nothing of making use
of your information for profits.
8. What kinds of fee will be
charged?
We charge only the
service commission worthy of our services, no other fee will be
charged additionally (like membership fee).
9. How about the service
price?
Our service price is
different in accordance with your request, just like our services
are full-customized.
10. Should I
pay overtime if I need services beyond the agreed services
time?
Yes. We believe that our
home-maid can finished all the pre-agreed works within the agreed
certain
period. We do not encourage you
to use the OT because the OT charges are relatively more
expensive.
11. How much of the overtime
expenses will be charged?
The OT charges will be
computed based on the rules and regulations of the authorities.

12．Need I pay during the period of my
holiday/vocation?
Yes. According to our
policy, if you are not fully used our services because of your
own reason, you have to pay these idle
period of time. Flexibly, if you have a long holiday/vacation,
for example longer than one month, and
during this period of time, you do not need the home-maid to work,
as long as
you inform us in advance, we
can negotiate and give you a discount based on the idle time.
13．What is your mean by "pay Chinese legal
holidays"? what are these holidays?
The statement of "pay
Chinese legal holidays" means that these holidays are paid leave for
home-
maid,same as the employee working in
other field than housekeeping.
These
holidays include: 1) New Year (Jan 1st); 2) Labor Day (May 1st to
3rd); 3) Chinese National Day (Oct 1st to 3rd); 4)
Spring Festival (Lunar Calendar, Jan 1st to 3rd). Ten days in
total.
14．If I buy the "live-in"
service, how about the service and rest time of the home-maid?
We can get a agreement
in the contract on this. Surely, the service price will be different
accordingly if the service time and rest
time is different.
15．Who should I pay to? Directly to housemaid
or to Deluxe company?
Pay Deluxe company.
Because the service you buy is provided by Deluxe company, the
home-maid is
only the service employee
assigned by our company.
16．If I buy the "live-in" service, how about
the service and rest time of the home-maid?
We can get a
agreement in the contract on this. Surely, the service price will be
different accordingly if
the
service time and rest time is different.
17．What are your pay conditions
now?
Currently, you can pay
us by bank transfer, or cash. We recommend you pay by bank
transfer, or our staff iiiiwill collect cash by door.
18．I don't understand Chinese at all,can I
still buy your services?
Surly. All Our
housemaids have some basic skills in communicating in English.
19．Whether I can find a
housemaid to do baby-sitting and also take charge the house
keeping?
If you don't have
another person to take care your baby when the home-maid is doing
other housekeeping works than baby-sitting,
we can not assign any home-maid to do babysitting and other
housekeeping services at the same time.
Because it is not safe for your baby and we have to
responsible for you.
20．Can we have a trial before decide to use
your house-maid? And how long will be the trail period iiiiiiiiibe?
Surely. We can offer
3 day's try out for our services (With payment).
21．How can I do if I'm not
satisfied with your housemaid?
During the
application period, we can assign another
housemaid for you if you are not satisfied with the iiicurrent one
.
22．If I will enjoy your
services, if we need to sign agreement or
contract?
Yes. We will sign a
service agreement with you after you are satisfied with our services
and decided to enjoy it.
23．When need I pay?
27th to 30th Each
month during services.
